{"id":12471,"date":"2024-09-23T16:18:35","date_gmt":"2024-09-23T19:18:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmpatagoniamadryn.com.ar\/?p=12471"},"modified":"2024-09-23T16:18:59","modified_gmt":"2024-09-23T19:18:59","slug":"provincia-realizo-en-esquel-una-capacitacion-sobre-el-codigo-procesal-penal-federal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmpatagoniamadryn.com.ar\/?p=12471","title":{"rendered":"Provincia realiz\u00f3 en Esquel una capacitaci\u00f3n sobre el C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal Federal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br><br>La actividad gir\u00f3 en torno a la implementaci\u00f3n y puesta en funcionamiento del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal Federal que a partir del 2 de diciembre pr\u00f3ximo comenzar\u00e1 a regir en todo el territorio argentino.<br><br>El Gobierno del Chubut, que conduce Ignacio \u201cNacho\u201d Torres, y la Procuraci\u00f3n General de la Naci\u00f3n llevaron adelante en la ciudad de Esquel un encuentro de actualizaci\u00f3n sobre el C\u00f3digo Proceso Penal Federal destinado a fuerzas de seguridad.<br><br>La actividad de car\u00e1cter informativa tuvo lugar en instalaciones del Centro de Magistrados y Funcionarios Judiciales del Chubut, reuniendo principalmente a integrantes de fuerzas de seguridad del orden provincial y federal.<br><br>Con la organizaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Seguridad de la Provincia, el \u00e1rea de Seguridad nacional y la Procuraci\u00f3n General de la Naci\u00f3n, el objetivo principal de la jornada fue abordar la implementaci\u00f3n y puesta en funcionamiento del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal Federal.<br><br>Al frente de la capacitaci\u00f3n estuvo Mercedes Moguilansky, funcionaria de la Unidad Especial Estrat\u00e9gica para la Implementaci\u00f3n del Sistema Procesal Penal Acusatorio, quien detall\u00f3 que asistieron representantes de la Polic\u00eda del Chubut, Polic\u00eda Federal, Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional Argentina y autoridades del Poder Judicial: \u201cSon quienes pueden llegar a intervenir en un hecho penal de competencia federal\u201d, precis\u00f3.<br><br>Objetivos del encuentro<br><br>Se\u00f1al\u00f3, asimismo, que la actividad gir\u00f3 en torno a la implementaci\u00f3n y puesta en funcionamiento del C\u00f3digo Procesal Penal Federal \u201cque a partir del 2 de diciembre pr\u00f3ximo comenzar\u00e1 a regir en todo el territorio argentino\u201d.<br><br>La finalidad del encuentro fue actualizar a los miembros de las fuerzas sobre los cambios que propone el C\u00f3digo. \u201cPor ejemplo, el responsable exclusivo de investigar un hecho ser\u00e1 el fiscal, quien tendr\u00e1 un v\u00ednculo directo con las instituciones policiales\u201d, ilustr\u00f3.<br><br>\u201cQuiz\u00e1s en la Provincia del Chubut est\u00e1n m\u00e1s acostumbrados a dicha modalidad porque rige un sistema acusatorio, pero en otras jurisdicciones no es as\u00ed\u201d, expres\u00f3 Moguilansky desde el Centro de Magistrados y Funcionarios Judiciales.<br><br>Por \u00faltimo, valor\u00f3 las intervenciones del p\u00fablico asistente. \u201cLas consultas son pertinentes y tienen que ver con la actuaci\u00f3n directa en los casos que abordan.
